Spree Hospitality, Bengaluru Hires Ghanashyam Rege as Corporate Chef
Recently, Spree Hospitality in Bengaluru appointed Chef Ghanashyam Rege as its corporate chef. Chef Ghanashyam will be in charge of all culinary operations at Spree Hospitality locations in this capacity, making sure that the highest standards of food quality and creativity are met.
Chef Ghanashyam held a number of important roles in the culinary industry prior to joining Spree Hospitality. He worked as the Executive Chef at Karma Hospitality in Goa, Azzure by Spree in North Goa, and The Avenue Grand in North Goa. His culinary skills and leadership made a big difference in the dining experiences at these places.
Additionally, Chef Ghanashyam pursued his entrepreneurial dreams, establishing Ranchikud Food Solution in Goa. As a company owner, he demonstrated his adaptability and spirit of entrepreneurship by offering cutting-edge culinary solutions and services.
He gained experience under pressure in a high-end hotel setting while working as a Chef De Partie at Vivanta by Taj Fort Aguada in Goa. In addition, Chef Ghanashyam gained invaluable international exposure and experience in a dynamic and diverse culinary setting while working as a Chef for P&O Cruises in the United Kingdom.
Chef Ghanashyam graduated from Yashwantrao Chavan Maharashtra Open University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management. His extensive practical experience coupled with his academic background gives him a deep understanding of the managerial and culinary aspects of the hospitality industry.
