The Maldives Association of Human Resource Professionals (MAHRP) announced the successful completion of the TVRLS Certified HRD Audit 2500™ Program, an innovative initiative designed to improve HR practices and elevate the standard of HR professionalism in the Maldives. The program was conducted by the renowned HR expert, Professor T.V. Rao, alongside Nandhini Rao, marking a significant step in MAHRP’s efforts to advance the HR landscape in the country.
The workshop brought together 23 HR professionals from various organisations, offering a platform for learning, networking, and professional development. Over the course of five days, participants engaged in comprehensive sessions that addressed critical aspects of modern HR practices, including:
- Concepts of HRD and HRD Systems: An in-depth examination of Human Resource Development foundations and their strategic importance.
- Auditing HR Practices and Competencies: Practical methodologies for evaluating HR systems and identifying areas for improvement to drive organisational success.
- Building Intellectual Capital: Strategies to develop knowledge, skills, and innovation, creating sustainable competitive advantages.
- Establishing the HRD Scorecard: Techniques for measuring HR’s impact and aligning HR functions with organisational goals.
Participants highly valued the program’s relevance, practical tools, and actionable insights. The workshop not only provided advanced techniques for conducting thorough HR audits but also fostered a collaborative and inspiring learning environment.
Professor T.V.
