Raakesh Mohitkar joins the Essential Luxury Hotel in Indore as the food and beverage manager.
Raakesh Mohitkar has been named the Essential Luxury Hotel in Indore’s Food & Beverage Manager. Raakesh will be in charge of the food and beverage division in this position, making sure that customers receive excellent dining experiences and top-notch service.
Raakesh managed the food and beverage operations for all of the resort properties while holding the position of General Manager of FNB Operations at Pondara Hotels & Resorts. He was responsible for ensuring high standards of customer service and operational effectiveness.
Additionally, Raakesh worked for The Fern Hotels & Resorts and the Effotel Hotel by Sayaji as the food and beverage manager. His leadership in these capacities improved guest satisfaction and enabled the dining services to be managed successfully.
He has managed the restaurant at The Grand Bhagwati Indore Central, Madhya Pradesh’s largest hotel, among other positions. Raakesh oversaw restaurant operations here, providing excellent dining experiences and service.
Prior to that, Raakesh worked as the banquet manager at the Radisson Blu in Alibaug, where he was in charge of planning and overseeing banqueting services and making sure that events were carried out smoothly.
Raakesh started his career at ITC Hotels, where he worked as the assistant outlet manager for food and beverage service in Indore and as the restaurant manager in Gandhinagar. He gained a solid foundation in food and beverage operations as well as restaurant management from these roles.
Raakesh Mohitkar is expected to add a great deal of knowledge and value to the Essential Luxury Hotel in Indore thanks to his vast experience overseeing food and beverage operations at numerous well-known hotels and resorts.
