He began his career with The Oberoi Group and has since held key leadership positions at luxury hospitality groups such as Hilton Hotels, IHG Hotels, Hyatt Group, and Taj Hotels. His experience includes managing food & beverage and banquet operations, improving service quality, identifying new bar and restaurant trends, and driving business growth.
In his new role at The Westin Gurugram, New Delhi, Naveen will oversee the hotel’s food and beverage outlets, including its speciality restaurants, lounges, bars, banquet events, and unique dining experiences. His goal is to enhance guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and quality.
