In his announcement, Tushar Belekar expressed his eagerness to start a new journey at Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai, saying, “I am excited to join this year and a half old hotel Courtyard by Marriott Navi Mumbai. I would improve the hospitality and visitor experience having worked in both a pre-opening and an international property. We will work as a team to create experiences that our guests will remember.”
Over his career, Tushar Belekar has had successful positions with a number of renowned hotel brands, including the Grand Hyatt, Radisson Blu Hotel and Spa Nashik, ITC Grand Central, and ST. Regis Saadiyat Island ABU-DHABI, UAE. In these positions, he was instrumental in developing the unit is operational policies, standards, and procedures as well as in organizing and putting into place efficient control measures to lower operating costs. effectively responding to inquiries from visitors, resolving grievances, and maximizing resource use to provide the highest level of service.
