Ms. Koyena Chatterjee has been appointed Director of Events, and Ms. Richa Trikha has been named Director of Sales. Richa Trikha, Sales Director
Richa Trikha has a successful track record and a plethora of experience in the hospitality and aviation sectors. Over the course of her more than ten-year career, Richa has proven to have outstanding leadership and strategic planning abilities. She started working at the Hyatt Regency Delhi in 2018 and has since held a number of positions, most recently being promoted to Director of Sales.
Richa had a long career in aviation before joining Hyatt. She worked as a cabin crew member for Kingfisher Airlines and Jet Airways. Richa’s time in aviation helped her hone her attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and graceful handling of high-pressure situations. In the hospitality industry, these experiences have greatly enhanced her capacity to oversee and surpass customer expectations.
Richa has developed comprehensive sales strategies, managed client relationships, and driven revenue growth at the Hyatt Regency Delhi. Her duties encompass managing a group of colleagues to accomplish challenging revenue goals, creating creative approaches, and guaranteeing outstanding customer contentment. In her prior positions as an Associate Director of Sales and Senior Sales Manager at the Hyatt Regency Delhi, Richa demonstrated exceptional skills in conducting market research, managing events, and leading a team.
Director of Events Koyena Chatterjee
As the Director of Events, Koyena Chatterjee brings over 15 years of experience in event management and food and beverage operations to the leadership team. Since 2016, Koyena has been employed at the Hyatt Regency Delhi, where she has risen through the ranks owing to her remarkable abilities in team leadership, vendor negotiations, and event planning. After a successful tenure as Associate Director of Event Sales, she was promoted to Director of Events.
In her new position, Koyena will be in charge of managing event sales, supervising the preparation and execution of high-profile events, and collaborating closely with the banquet staff to guarantee the best caliber of service. At the Hyatt Regency Delhi, Koyena’s skill in overseeing big events, creating marketing and financial strategies, and cultivating enduring client relationships will be crucial to improving the event experience.
