Nathan Hall is now the Director of Operations at The Hardy Group.
The Hardy Group is happy to announce Nathan Hall‘s appointment as the new Director of Operations. Rocky Marzzarella, who has been instrumental in the company’s success for the past ten years, is leaving the position.
Nathan is well-suited for this position due to his wealth of organizational experience. He has experience leading large teams, has held a variety of positions from Senior Project Director to On-Site Project Manager, and played a key role in the founding of Hardy’s Hawaii office. Nathan has almost every position in the company under his belt, so he has a special appreciation and understanding of the duties associated with each position. As Nathan assumes his new position, he will put employee support and education first by streamlining training policies and procedures and putting plans in place that increase operational efficacy and efficiency.
