Daniel Dolatre is named the new general manager of the Hyatt Regency Delhi.
With thirty years of extensive experience, Daniel Dolatre will be in charge of the management of this hotel, both in terms of strategic and tactical management for growth. He will also concentrate on improving guests’ satisfaction and attaining higher levels of customers’ service quality.
Daniel has vast experience in the various management positions he has held in different global organizations. Before his appointment to Hyatt Regency Delhi, Alsoon was General Manager at different hotels in South America and Europe. His specialty in hospitality was due to his employment history and his special focus in human resources, something that helped build good relations between humans. He later moved into the F&B department, which he had more interest in, enabling him to acquire competitive knowledge in service and customers.

Daniel’s strength is more in building solid and committed team of professional service personnel aiming at offering exceptional service delivery to guests. But it might be the energy of a rather specific team member who loves to share everything he knows from his experience and career path and is very motivated. The adage would echo “To be of service to those who surround me,” which is in correspondence with hospitality.
In his spare time, Daniel comes to watch all types of sports, particularly football and likes to watch both old and new movies. He also enjoys cooking and whenever the schedule permits, he likes to work in the kitchen and with the family.
