Bhupinder Singh has been named by Marriott International as the company’s new Director of Airport Operations in India.
Bhupinder has an impressive seventeen years of experience in the hospitality sector. Having demonstrated success in strategic management and a guest-focused mindset, he will oversee airport operations for Marriott‘s prestigious chain of hotels in India.
Since joining Marriott International in February 2013, Bhupinder Singh has consistently demonstrated his dedication to exceeding guest expectations while optimizing operational efficiency. Bhupinder oversaw airline sales and airport operations for a prestigious group of hotels, including JW Marriott Hotel Aerocity, Aloft Aerocity, Westin Gurgaon, Le Meridien Gurgaon, Courtyard by Marriott Gurgaon, and Courtyard by Marriott Aravali (Faridabad), while serving as Director of Airport Services for the Delhi & NCR Cluster. Additionally, he was instrumental in the creation and growth of a new Cluster Airport Operations Team that oversees all Bangalore Marriott hotels. He was praised for his team-building efforts in this role, where he implemented standard operating procedures and encouraged a distinguished approach to handling elite guests.
Bhupinder’s painstaking attention to detail guarantees that visitors have a smooth and enjoyable experience. His constant attention to guest satisfaction, from arrivals and departures to effective transit services, has won him a great deal of recognition and appreciation. The JP Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology in Meerut is where Bhupinder graduated. Having worked in the hospitality sector for more than 17 years, he has held management positions with well-known companies like Hyatt International.
