He joined Hyatt Regency Pune as a sales manager in October 2021 and soon advanced to senior sales manager by August 2022. Prior to this, he held significant positions at Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi Pune and Citrus Hotel Pune, where he polished his abilities in new market development, client relationship management, and revenue creation.
Throughout his career, Fahim has been acknowledged for his strategic sales execution, receiving awards like “Manager of the Year” for 2023 and the “GM Award of Excellence” for achieving corporate targets at Courtyard by Marriott Pune. His remarkable performance has typically resulted in a significant year-on-year revenue increase, notably in overseas accommodation.
Fahim will continue to use his vast understanding of the Pune market, as well as his existing contacts with important corporate accounts, in his new role. He will play an important part in improving the hotel’s sales tactics, projecting revenue, and working with global and regional sales teams to increase lead creation.
