One Central Saigon has officially launched in Ho Chi Minh City, introducing Vietnam’s first large-scale mixed-use landmark destination featuring luxury hospitality, branded residences, Grade A+ offices, retail, dining, and lifestyle experiences.

Developed by Masterise Group through Masterise Homes, the project marks the debut of The Ritz-Carlton hotel brand in Vietnam while also introducing The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Saigon to the country’s growing ultra-luxury real estate sector.

Located directly opposite the iconic Ben Thanh Market in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City, One Central Saigon is positioned as one of Vietnam’s most significant urban hospitality and real estate developments.

The mixed-use development combines luxury living, premium hospitality, business infrastructure, and retail experiences within a single integrated ecosystem. The project will include The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon hotel, luxury branded residences, Grade A+ office spaces, curated retail outlets, and fine dining venues designed for both domestic and international visitors.

One Central Saigon occupies a strategic four-frontage site connected to major streets including Pham Ngu Lao, Calmette, Le Thi Hong Gam, and Pho Duc Chinh. The development also features direct underground connectivity to Ben Thanh Metro Station, strengthening integration with Ho Chi Minh City’s growing public transportation network.

Architecturally, the project is inspired by the Vietnamese cultural symbol “Song Long Ngậm Ngọc,” meaning Twin Dragons Playing with a Pearl. The twin towers are designed to represent prosperity, strength, and cultural identity while creating a modern skyline landmark for Ho Chi Minh City.

The development team includes internationally recognised firms such as Arquitectonica, HBA, B+H, and Turner, highlighting the project’s global design and operational standards.

The launch of One Central Saigon reflects Vietnam’s rapidly growing luxury hospitality and branded residences market. Ho Chi Minh City continues attracting international investment, global hotel brands, high-net-worth individuals, and increasing inbound tourism demand.

Vietnam recorded strong economic growth and rising foreign direct investment in recent years, while international visitor arrivals continue accelerating across key tourism destinations.

Industry reports also show significant growth in Asia Pacific branded residences, with Vietnam emerging as one of the region’s fastest-growing luxury property markets.

For Masterise Group, the launch further strengthens its premium branded real estate portfolio, which already includes internationally branded residential and hospitality developments across Vietnam.

As Ho Chi Minh City evolves into a leading regional business and tourism hub, One Central Saigon is expected to play an important role in elevating the city’s luxury hospitality landscape and international urban identity.
