The Radisson Blu Indore’s Human Resources Manager, Jeetendra Nimbalkar, has been appointed.
With a wealth of experience and knowledge in human resource management, Jeetendra Nimbalkar recently joined Radisson Blu Indore as Human Resources Manager.
Jeetendra was the Cluster HR Manager at Sayaji Hotels Ltd. in Kolhapur, Maharashtra, before he joined Radisson Blu Indore. He showed remarkable abilities in payroll management, employee engagement, training and development, recruitment, and manpower planning during his time there, working with several hotel properties.
Jeetendra was the Group HR/Admin Manager at Dewas Metal Sections Ltd. in Dewas, Madhya Pradesh, prior to joining Sayaji Hotels Ltd. Here, he played a key role in overseeing the application of HR policies and procedures, preserving cordial staff relations, and guaranteeing adherence to legal obligations.
In addition to his prominent positions at Sayaji Hotels Limited as the Corporate Assistant Manager-HR and the Effotel Hotel by Sayaji in Indore as the Human Resources Manager, Jeetendra has a long history in the human resources field. Policy creation, employee lifecycle management, HRMS administration, performance evaluation, and compliance management were all included in his duties.
Further demonstrating his dedication to lifelong learning and professional advancement in the human resources field, Jeetendra holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) with a focus on HR from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in addition to a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development (HRD).
Jeetendra has a strong background in HR management from his previous roles, and he is well-positioned to contribute significantly to the Radisson Blu Indore team. His broad range of abilities, together with his commitment to creating a happy workplace and accelerating organizational success, make him an invaluable member of the hotel’s leadership group.
