Vikram Singh, the Food and Beverage Manager at Taj Sawai Ranthambore, is one of the most decorated and dynamic professionals in India’s luxury hospitality sector. With over 16 years of versatile experience, Vikram’s nomination for the People’s Choice – HCP F&B Leader Award 2025 is a recognition of a career filled with achievements, innovation, and guest-first leadership.

Currently leading the pre-opening operations at Taj Sawai Ranthambore, Vikram has been the driving force behind the property’s F&B setup. He has spearheaded everything from menu curation and team recruitment to designing KPIs, implementing SOPs, and ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable and personalized dining experience. His leadership has already brought Taj’s signature outlets—Machan, Tropics, and Whisky Lounge—to life at the resort nestled within Ranthambore National Park.

Prior to this, Vikram managed operations at Taj Cidade de Goa, where he executed 14 G20 events and led initiatives that enhanced banquet sales, guest loyalty, and operational excellence. His resume also includes key roles at Vivanta Miramar, Vivanta Whitefield, Taj Tashi Bhutan, Crystal Sarovar Premiere Agra, Trident Hilton Agra, and the iconic Umaid Bhawan Palace, Jodhpur—each adding to his diverse skill set and global hospitality perspective.

Vikram’s operational brilliance is backed by WSET certification, top-tier training in TPAM, JD, and LQA audits, and countless accolades. He was the Revenue Champion during the pandemic, consistently drove audit scores above 95%, and earned multiple Employee of the Month and Year recognitions across Taj properties.

He is known for blending traditional Indian hospitality with global standards of luxury. Whether it’s curating exclusive wine-and-food pairings, leading large-scale weddings and events, or optimizing bar operations, Vikram brings strategy, warmth, and creativity to everything he does.
