Noida, India – June 19, 2025: In a major step toward boosting its hospitality infrastructure, the Noida Authority has approved the development of several five-star and seven-star hotels near the upcoming Noida International Airport.

The approved land parcels will be auctioned off for luxury hotel construction near Yamuna Expressway and the city’s expanding IT corridors. This move aims to strengthen Noida’s image as a business and travel hub ahead of the airport’s grand opening in 2026.

The development is expected to:

Cater to international tourists, business travelers, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events

Generate thousands of new hospitality jobs

Align with Noida’s smart city and commercial growth plans

Officials have confirmed that along with hotel developments, infrastructure upgrades are also underway. These include new roads, power stations, metro extensions, and housing redevelopment to support the expected influx of tourists and professionals.

This bold expansion positions Noida as one of India’s fastest-growing urban hospitality markets, especially for luxury and business travel segments.
