Sanjay Chauhan began his culinary journey in 2006, training at prestigious hospitality brands. A graduate of GIHM Dehradun, specializing in Culinary Arts, he later pursued a Master’s in Hotel Management, honing his skills in hospitality administration and gastronomy.
