With a career spanning over 15 years across luxury hotels, corporate venues, and mega-event destinations, Abhishek Bajpai currently serves as the Food & Beverage Manager at Park Regis Hotel, Goa. His nomination for the People’s Choice – HCP F&B Leader Award 2025 honors a career rooted in guest service excellence, meticulous operations, and industry-defining event experiences.

At Park Regis, Goa—a five-star deluxe property with 114 rooms, two restaurants, two bars, and 35,000 sq. ft. of banqueting space—Abhishek oversees all F&B operations, ensuring high standards in guest service and seamless execution of events. From team training modules to cross-department collaboration, he ensures every guest interaction reflects precision, warmth, and professionalism.

Abhishek’s previous role at Ayatti, Greater Noida, placed him in charge of one of the largest event venues in North India, spread across 21 acres. He has successfully hosted national and international events for brands like Airtel, LG, Maruti, Skechers, Pulsar, Boat, Hero, and Bollywood productions like Fukrey 3 and Velle. From movie shoots and concerts to destination weddings and luxury product launches, he has transformed hospitality into a form of storytelling.

He holds a Bachelor’s in Hotel Management & Catering Technology from IIMT College under GBTU, Lucknow. Abhishek is also a certified departmental trainer with IHG Crowne Plaza, and has undergone extensive cross-training in F&B sales.
