Gnanendra Reddy, currently serving as Associate Director of Food & Beverage at Radisson Blu Resort, Visakhapatnam, stands as a force in India's hospitality industry. With over a decade of experience, and having led complex multi-outlet operations in top-tier hotels like ITC Hotels, Marriott, Mercure, and Accor, Gnanendra’s nomination for the People’s Choice – HCP F&B Leader Award 2025 is a celebration of consistent excellence and bold leadership.
At Radisson Blu Visakhapatnam, Gnanendra oversees a 100-room luxury resort with 6 distinct F&B outlets—from fine dining and in-room dining to a splash pool bar and expansive 96,000 sq. ft. banquet space. His expertise spans strategic planning, budgeting, team leadership, inventory control, and event execution, all delivered with finesse and attention to guest satisfaction.
Before taking on this strategic role, he led F&B as HOD at Welcomhotel GST Road Chennai (ITC Hotels) and Mercure Chennai Sriperumbudur, where he consistently improved guest scores, banquet profitability, team performance, and brand visibility. At Welcomhotel, he was instrumental in running operations for over five venues including Swizzle Bar, Sky Terrace, and Welcomcafe Crossandra.
