Accor Hotels has announced the appointment of Rajnish Sharma as Food & Beverage Manager, marking a significant milestone in his impressive hospitality career. With over a decade of experience in food and beverage operations across India’s leading luxury hotel brands, Rajnish brings a wealth of knowledge, innovation, and hands-on leadership to his new role.
A Decade of Operational Excellence
Rajnish has held key positions at some of India’s most recognized hospitality brands, including Marriott International, Hilton, The Leela, and Sheraton. His deep understanding of banquet operations, multi-outlet management, cost control, and team training makes him an invaluable asset to the Accor team.
Most recently, he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The Leela Bhartiya City, Bengaluru, where he was responsible for managing five dining venues and a 21,000 sq. ft. convention center. His leadership there was marked by successful food festivals, enhanced guest satisfaction, and improved profitability.
