Ingredients
To make sabudana khichdi you need one cup sabudana, two medium-boiled potatoes, boiled and diced, 2-3 chopped green chillies, one tsp cumin seeds, two tbsp roasted peanuts and salt to taste.
Soak the sabudana
Rinse the sabudana thoroughly under water to remove excess starch. Then, soak it in fresh water for 4-6 hours or overnight.
Prepare the base
Heat the ghee on a medium flame, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Now, add chopped green chillies for a spicy taste.
Mix sabudana
In a pan, mix boiled potatoes for 2-3 minutes. Add the soaked sabudana to the pan. Now, add sprinkle salt and peanuts to the mixture and gently mix for 5-7 minutes.
Voila
Now, garnish your sabudana khichdi with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy the delicious khichdi during your fast.
