Mohanraj Nambiar, currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager at Welcomhotel Dwarka by ITC Hotels, is a hospitality powerhouse with more than 15 years of luxury hotel experience. His nomination for the People’s Choice – HCP F&B Leader Award 2025 honors a journey steeped in refinement, innovation, and operational brilliance.
Having worked with India’s most iconic hotels—ITC Maurya, Taj Hotels, Radisson Blu, and more—Mohanraj brings an unmatched ability to create high-impact guest experiences while optimizing business results. At Welcomhotel Dwarka, he oversees multi-outlet operations, including restaurants, banquets, bars, and in-room dining, leading large teams and strategic planning efforts with confidence and composure.
During his tenure as Asst. F&B Manager at ITC Maurya, Mohanraj spearheaded operations for globally renowned restaurants such as Bukhara, Dum Pukht, and Ottimo, and played a key role in launching revenue-generating initiatives like Gourmet Couch and Takeaway by ITC during the pandemic.
