Maldives Butler Academy completes training for Noku Maldives

The Maldives Butlers Academy, led by Mohamed Yamaany, conducted a specialised Butler Training program at Noku Maldives Resort from February 11th to 12th.

Mohamed Yamaany, the academy’s president and head trainer, brings over two decades of experience in the hospitality industry from working with various global hotel brands. His expertise in tourism contributed greatly to the program’s success.

The training, tailored for 7 staff members at Noku Maldives, focused on essential butler skills, including grooming, service etiquette, and stress management. The two-day programme featured interactive sessions and hands-on activities that kept participants engaged and encouraged active participation.

The butler training at Noku Maldives received positive feedback from participants, with many highlighting the relevance of the content, the clear objectives, and the trainers’ expertise. The well-organised training materials and supportive environment enhanced the learning experience, leaving staff confident that the skills gained would be beneficial in their roles at the resort.
