With over two decades of hands-on leadership in the Miami hospitality market, D’Agostino brings deep operational knowledge, a guest-centric mindset, and a proven track record of driving excellence in hotel management.
A Miami Hospitality Veteran
D’Agostino began his journey in hospitality as a bellman at the Sagamore Hotel, where he climbed the ranks over 16 years to become General Manager. His rise through various departments—from front desk and guest services to sales and operations—has shaped his well-rounded and empathetic leadership style.
In addition to his new role at Gale Miami, D’Agostino will continue to serve as General Manager of Gale South Beach, reinforcing his strong ties and dedication to the Gale Hotels portfolio.

D’Agostino previously held senior roles at Hyatt Centric South Beach and Courtyard by Marriott Coconut Grove, where he successfully navigated both properties through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic.
