A Proven Track Record in High-Impact Hospitality Leadership

Rajneesh brings decades of experience in steering large-scale hotel portfolios toward consistent growth and profitability. Recognized for transforming underperforming assets and optimizing operational performance, he has consistently delivered strong EBITDA results while elevating guest experience and brand value.

Before joining Adani Realty, he served as Chief Operating Officer at Chalet Hotels Ltd, overseeing a 3052-key portfolio of luxury and upper-upscale hotels, along with one million sq. ft. of commercial office space. His robust execution capabilities helped the company reinforce investor confidence and maintain superior performance benchmarks nationwide.

Earlier in his career, as Regional Director of Operations – South Asia at Radisson Hotel Group, he successfully managed around 50 hotels across the subcontinent. His leadership helped strengthen brand presence and operational discipline in high-growth markets across India.
