Chef Ashfaque Ali’s career spans leading luxury hospitality groups including The Oberoi Hotels, Shangri-La New Delhi, Bab Al Shams Dubai and multiple pre-opening assignments in Riyadh and Qatar. His global exposure has shaped his mastery across contemporary Indian cuisine, premium international gastronomy and high-precision culinary techniques.
In his recent role as Brand Head Chef at MJS Holding, he successfully launched acclaimed global dining concepts, including the Michelin BIB-recognized Pahli Hill from London. His responsibilities included menu innovation, culinary planning, team capability development and P&L leadership across diverse restaurant brands.
