Coast Hotels Limited, part of APA Hotel Canada, Inc. and among North America’s fastest‑growing hotel brands, has celebrated its 2025 Coast Hotels Awards at its annual brand conference held at the Coast Bastion Hotel in Nanaimo, British Columbia. 

Honouring Excellence in Service and Leadership

The awards programme acknowledged hotels, teams and individual leaders who delivered exceptional guest service, strong business performance and operational excellence throughout 2025. 

Lifetime Achievement and Category Winners

Among the honourees was Mark Hope, Vice President of Development at Coast Hotels, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his enduring contributions to the brand’s growth and vision.  Other winners included: - Hotel of the Year — Waimea Plantation Cottages, Kauai - Best Hotel in Cleanliness— Coast Tsawwassen Inn - Leader of the Year — Debra Haubrich - Ambassador of the Year — Ricardo Santos and other property and individual awards recognising performance in revenue growth, guest satisfaction, brand standards and member engagement.
