With an illustrious career spanning India’s most prestigious hospitality brands, Shreyash brings extensive experience, creativity, and leadership to his new role.

A Journey Through India’s Finest Hotels

Before joining Conrad Pune, Shreyash Dwivedi served as Food & Beverage Manager at The St. Regis Mumbai, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing guest dining experiences and driving significant revenue growth. His tenure was marked by a focus on service excellence and the introduction of innovative dining concepts that resonated with discerning guests.

Prior to that, he was Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at The Leela Palace Chennai, contributing to the success of the hotel’s award-winning outlets such as Spectra and Library Blu. His strategic leadership helped strengthen The Leela’s culinary reputation and guest loyalty.

Building a Legacy of Excellence

A graduate of the Taj Management Trainee Program, Shreyash began his hospitality journey with the Taj Group, gaining deep operational insights that shaped his professional foundation. Over the years, he has held leadership positions at Taj Krishna Hyderabad, Courtyard & Fairfield by Marriott ORR Bangalore, and Novotel Hotels in Chennai and Kolkata.

His accomplishments include positioning several dining outlets as market leaders and earning multiple Times Food & Nightlife Awards, recognizing his ability to combine creativity, operational discipline, and guest-centric service.
