Kritika has built a distinguished career through key roles with major hotel chains including Hyatt, IHG, Oberoi, and Pride. Her previous tenure at DoubleTree by Hilton Pune saw her serve as Training Executive and Assistant Manager – HR & Training, where she played a pivotal role in implementing HR strategies and ensuring compliance through rigorous audits.

Most recently, Kritika held the position of Learning Manager at Hyatt Ahmedabad, leading strategic talent and training programs that enhanced both employee performance and organizational effectiveness. Her expertise in aligning people initiatives with business goals has made her a sought-after leader in the hospitality sector.
