Holiday Inn Express has announced the promotion of Faisal Khan to the position of Hotel Manager at Holiday Inn Express Nashik Indira Nagar, effective August 2025. Faisal has been an integral part of the Holiday Inn Express brand since 2018, consistently demonstrating strong leadership, operational excellence, and a commitment to guest-first service.
Faisal’s previous role as Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur marked a significant chapter in his career. During his tenure, he played a key role in elevating guest satisfaction, improving team productivity, and strengthening adherence to the brand’s defined service standards. With more than 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a comprehensive understanding of operations, guest engagement, and team development to his new role.
In his new capacity as Hotel Manager, Faisal will oversee the overall operations of Holiday Inn Express Nashik Indira Nagar. He will focus on ensuring seamless guest experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and aligning the property with IHG’s global standards for quality, safety, and service excellence.
