An MBA graduate in Marketing & Finance from Delhi Business School, Sachin’s strategic acumen and strong market expertise position him to lead the property’s sales initiatives in one of South India’s most competitive luxury hospitality markets.

Early Career Journey

Sachin began his professional path in February 2012 as a Sales Executive with Fariyas Hotels & Resorts, managing corporate sales for both the Fariyas Resort Lonavala and Fariyas Mumbai. His early dedication and strong performance earned him a promotion to Assistant Sales Manager in July 2013.

In February 2014, he transitioned to Concept Hospitality as an Assistant Sales Manager, further strengthening his exposure to commercial strategy and client relationship management. Later that year, he joined Holiday Inn Mumbai International Airport as an Assistant Manager – Sales, gaining experience in a high-demand airport hotel environment.

Growth Across Leading Hotel Brands

Sachin’s career took a major leap when he joined Fairmont Jaipur in July 2016, initially as Regional Sales Manager – Mumbai. His strong market insights led to his shift to the property in June 2017 as Sales Manager, helping drive the brand’s luxury positioning.

In April 2019, he moved to Hilton Jaipur as Senior Sales Manager. His exceptional performance resulted in a promotion to Associate Director of Sales in January 2022, marking a significant milestone in his career.

Key Leadership Roles in Mumbai and Jaipur

In July 2022, Sachin entered Mumbai’s ultra-competitive luxury hotel landscape as Associate Director of Sales at JW Marriott Juhu, one of the city’s leading five-star properties.

He returned to Fairmont Jaipur in March 2023 as Associate Director of Sales, bringing enhanced leadership depth to the property. His rapid rise continued—he became Cluster Associate Director of Sales in December 2023 and later elevated to Director of Events in January 2025, overseeing large-scale luxury events and high-profile functions until his transition to Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty.
