The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new Tree of Life resort in Panheli, Raigad, Maharashtra, marking another milestone in its strategic expansion across key leisure destinations. The project, which is a conversion, will operate under IHCL’s Tree of Life brand—renowned for boutique luxury experiences rooted in nature and tranquility.

Speaking on the signing, Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said:
