With over 23 years of extensive hospitality experience across India’s leading hotel brands, Jitin brings robust operational expertise, strategic acumen and a deep commitment to guest experience to his new leadership role.

A Diverse and Accomplished Career Journey

Before joining DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Panaji, Jitin served as Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi, where he played a pivotal role in elevating overall hotel performance. His leadership contributed to improved operational efficiency, enhanced guest satisfaction and strengthened team culture.

His professional journey includes key positions at renowned brands such as The St. Regis Goa Resort, The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts, the Taj Group of hotels, the Radisson Hotel Group and restaurant operations in Scotland. Across these roles, he gained substantial experience in luxury hospitality, brand transitions and delivering service excellence in highly competitive markets.

Jitin is widely recognized for his hands-on experience across Food & Beverage, Rooms Division and multiple pre-opening assignments — a combination that gives him a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations. Education and Professional Foundation

Jitin holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow, and an Executive MBA from the National Institute of Business Management. His academic background, coupled with strong practical knowledge, allows him to balance strategic thinking with operational precision. Multilingual and team-oriented, he exemplifies Hilton’s culture of service, collaboration and integrity.
