With over eight years of dedicated experience in hospitality operations, guest relations, and people management across leading hotel brands, Laxmi brings a deep commitment to service excellence and operational precision to her new role.

Laxmi transitions into the Front Office Manager role after serving as Guest Relations & Loyalty Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Mahabaleshwar, where she played a crucial role in elevating loyalty engagement, enhancing VIP guest experiences, and improving guest satisfaction metrics.
She later advanced to Courtyard by Marriott Pune as Assistant Front Office Manager, where she successfully strengthened departmental processes, led key guest-centric initiatives, and contributed to the hotel achieving top rankings on TripAdvisor.
Her career also includes notable leadership roles at Accor Residences, Qatar; The Fern Hotels & Resorts; Taj Hotels & Resorts; and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. She has demonstrated strong capabilities in complaint resolution, VIP handling, financial accuracy, service recovery, and team development. Her international exposure, including her contribution during the FIFA World Cup 2022, further enhances her operational strength.
