Mirah Hospitality Appoints Amit Jambotkar as Chief Operating Officer

Mirah Hospitality & Gourmet Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has announced the appointment of Amit Jambotkar as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective December 2025. A seasoned hospitality and food & beverage professional with over 28 years of industry experience, Amit returns to Mirah Hospitality after previously serving as Vice President – Operations.

In his new role, Amit Jambotkar will lead operations across Mirah Hospitality’s expanding portfolio, with a focus on driving operational excellence, strengthening brand growth, and transforming guest experiences across the organisation’s diverse hospitality and F&B concepts.

Sharing the update through a recent LinkedIn announcement, Amit expressed his excitement about rejoining the company, stating that he is “thrilled to begin this new chapter” with Mirah Hospitality, one of India’s most dynamic and fast-growing players in the organised food and beverage space.

Prior to rejoining Mirah Hospitality, Amit served as an Independent Director from 2017 to 2025. His most recent corporate assignment was with Shott Amusement Limited, where he held the position of Vice President – Food & Beverage. In this role, he spearheaded F&B strategy across a nationwide portfolio of amusement and entertainment destinations, contributing to large-scale operational growth and customer engagement.

Earlier in his career, Amit held senior leadership roles at JSM Corporation as Director – Operations West, overseeing flagship brands such as Asilo, Hard Rock Cafe, Shiro, and California Pizza Kitchen. His journey also includes a significant stint at Impresario Entertainment & Hospitality, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and scaling the iconic Social and AntiSocial brands across Bengaluru, Delhi, and Mumbai.

In addition, he managed several celebrated fine-dining and casual dining concepts including Salt Water Grill, Salt Water Café, The Tasting Room, Stone Water Grill, and Smokehouse Deli, further strengthening his reputation as a leader in building and operating successful hospitality brands.

Amit’s professional journey also features global exposure with internationally respected organisations such as Hyatt Regency and Jumeirah Group, along with experience managing large-scale operations at Reliance MediaWorks.
