Gurgaon, India – Hyatt Place Gurgaon proudly announces the appointment of Neha Kapoor as its new General Manager, marking a significant step in the hotel’s mission to deliver elevated guest experiences, operational performance, and business growth.
Over Two Decades of Hospitality Expertise
With more than 21 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Neha Kapoor brings a deep understanding of hotel operations, commercial strategy, and team leadership. Her appointment reflects Hyatt’s continued focus on recognizing and nurturing internal talent, while strengthening its leadership presence in the Gurgaon region.
Career Journey Across Iconic Hospitality Brands
Neha began her career with the Grand Hyatt Mumbai pre-opening team and went on to hold senior Sales & Marketing positions at JW Marriott Mumbai, Sofitel Mumbai BKC, and Shangri-La Mumbai. She joined Hyatt as Director of Sales at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, and later progressed through roles at Hyatt Regency Pune and Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills, where she was promoted to Assistant General Manager.
In her first role as General Manager at Hyatt Place Vadodara, she successfully led the hotel to notable achievements in guest satisfaction, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
