Jaipur, India – August 2025 – Fairmont and Raffles Jaipur proudly announce the appointment of Rajat Sethi as Cluster General Manager, overseeing both properties. Rajat, who has successfully led Fairmont Jaipur since 2023, now takes on this expanded leadership role, bringing with him more than 25 years of global luxury hospitality experience.
Expanded Role and Responsibilities
In this new capacity, Rajat will continue to lead Fairmont Jaipur while also taking charge of Raffles Jaipur, focusing on:

Strengthening the positioning of both properties as premier luxury destinations in India and beyond
Career Achievements
Rajat Sethi’s distinguished career spans senior leadership roles with ITC Hotels, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, and Hilton Hotels Worldwide. He began his journey with Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, most notably at Trident Gurgaon, where his leadership cemented the property’s world-class reputation.
In 2022, Rajat was named General Manager of the Year (Luxury to Upper Upscale category) by Hotelier India, recognizing his innovative approach and proven record in delivering results.
