Rosetta Hospitality has announced the appointment of Rajesh Kattakam as Vice President – Sales and Business Development, further strengthening the group’s commercial leadership across its expanding luxury hospitality portfolio.

With close to two decades of experience in hospitality sales, Rajesh brings a deep understanding of market behaviour, revenue strategy, and relationship-led growth. In his new role, he will oversee Rosetta Hospitality’s pan-India sales strategy, leading teams across corporate, leisure, MICE, and experiential travel segments. His mandate also includes building strategic partnerships and shaping bespoke guest offerings aligned with the brand’s philosophy of conscious luxury.

Rajesh’s professional journey spans leading national and international hospitality brands, including Royal Orchid Hotels and Accor. Across these organisations, he has successfully built high-performing sales teams, strengthened market partnerships, and driven sustained commercial growth through customer-centric innovation and strategic planning.

A seasoned sales strategist, Rajesh brings strong expertise in enterprise sales, multi-segment market expansion, and the development of high-value commercial alliances. Known for his ability to anticipate market trends, he translates data-driven insights into meaningful guest experiences. In addition to leading Sales, he will also oversee Rosetta Hospitality’s Development mandate, engaging with asset owners and partners exploring lease, lease-back, and collaborative operating models, supporting the brand’s long-term expansion plans.
