Sandipan Bose brings deep operational expertise, strategic leadership, and a guest-centric mindset that has defined his career across India's top hospitality brands. Most recently, he was instrumental in the successful growth of Mementos by ITC Hotels, Udaipur, where he led the team in delivering high-touch experiences in a value-driven yet globally connected market.

With his move to Agra, Sandipan now leads the team at ITC Mughal, a property celebrated not only for its luxurious offerings but also for its unparalleled architectural design, rich Mughal-inspired heritage, and its unique positioning as a LEED Platinum, LEED Zero Carbon, and LEED Zero Water certified hotel.

Sandipan’s association with ITC Hotels began early in his career, following his graduation from IHM Meerut, one of India’s premier hospitality institutes. Since joining the group, he has served at several landmark ITC properties, including the flagship ITC Maurya, New Delhi, in the early 2000s.
