Signing Gujarat's second Aurika property in Surat, Lemon Tree Hotels
Targeting Surat, Gujarat, Lemon Tree Hotels Limited signs an Aurika-branded hotel set for FY 2030 launch. The hotel will function under Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd., a subsidiary and management arm of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.
Along with Mirasa, the all-day dining restaurant; event facilities including Ekaara, the ballroom, Aurum, the boardroom; a stunning swimming pool; and a soothing spa; Aurika, Surat, will include 175 beautifully built rooms and suites.
Surat, also referred to as the Silk City of India and the Diamond City of India, is a global powerhouse in synthetic textiles and silk, as well as in diamond cutting and polishing. Surat Castle and the Dutch Garden, which reflect the city's storied past, provide evidence of Gujarat's rich cultural tradition beyond its industrial grandeur.
The Tapi River's flowing through the city highlights its natural beauty. Foodies will also find heaven here with mouthwatering street food and traditional Gujarati cuisine that reflects the range of the region.
