Sofitel Mumbai BKC has announced the appointment of Neha Chhabra as its new General Manager. With more than two decades of expertise across luxury and business hospitality, Neha brings operational depth, strategic leadership, and a refined understanding of global guest expectations—qualities closely aligned with Sofitel’s French Art de Vivre philosophy.
A seasoned hospitality professional, Neha has successfully led marquee hotel properties and has built a reputation for delivering excellence, driving brand positioning, and developing high-performing teams.
Most recently, she served as General Manager at JW Marriott Goa, where she positioned the property among North Goa’s leading luxury destinations. Before that, she led Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Hebbal as General Manager, navigating the operational complexities of the pandemic while driving strong financial and guest engagement results.
Her career journey also includes senior roles at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, The Trident Bandra Kurla, and The Oberoi New Delhi, further strengthening her expertise in luxury service culture, premium guest programs, and hospitality innovation.
Neha’s contributions to the industry have earned notable recognition. She was awarded Goa’s Best General Manager 2024 (CMO Asia), Leadership Excellence 2022 (APEC GM Awards), Diamond General Manager of the Year 2021–22 (Global, Courtyard Brand), and featured among the Most Fabulous Women Leaders in Hospitality.
