New Delhi, India – Summit Hotels & Resorts, one of India's fastest-growing hospitality brands, has announced the appointment of Prarit Aggarwal as its Chief Resorts Officer (CRO). This significant leadership move comes as the group actively expands its footprint across Uttarakhand, Madhya Pradesh, and Odisha.

A Hospitality Veteran with Proven Track Record

With an impressive 27-year career in the hospitality industry, Prarit Aggarwal brings a wealth of experience in resort operations, guest experience enhancement, and people-first leadership. He began his journey with ITC Hotels, contributing to several pre-openings, and later held senior roles at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd., where he oversaw operations of 18 resorts across diverse geographies including Uttarakhand, West Bengal, North-East India, and the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

Most recently, he served as the CEO of Manu Maharani Resorts & Spa Pvt. Ltd., where he led the company’s foray into the luxury hospitality segment in Uttarakhand, showcasing his ability to blend operational excellence with strategic market positioning.

Strong Academic Foundation and Vision

Aggarwal holds credentials from the University of Michigan’s Global Management Program and is a Certified Hospitality Administrator. His academic background, combined with hands-on industry leadership, positions him well to spearhead Summit Hotels & Resorts’ next phase of growth.

In his new role as Chief Resorts Officer, Aggarwal will focus on:
