Bringing together the vibrant culinary traditions of Nepal, Tibet, and North-East India, brand continues to captivate food lovers, expanding its presence across six cities and presenting an unparalleled experience of Himalayan gastronomy, said a release.The menu showcases an exquisite selection of regional specialties, from the spicy, comforting La Phing and soulful Thenthuk to the rich Ema Datchi, hearty Thakali Thali, and succulent Jhol Momos. Signature creations like Shabalay, Sekuwa, Mushroom Choila, and Piro Aloo, along with unique dishes such as Jadoh with Dohkhleh Chicken and Shapta, are all meticulously prepared to evoke the warmth of home-cooked Himalayan cuisine. The bar, an extension of this ethos, serves inventive cocktails like Guyaba, Yeti Old Fashioned, Twisted Negroni, The Himalayan Spiritz, and Matricaria, blending traditional elements with contemporary flair, it stated.The ambiance, inspired by Namche Bazaar, exudes warmth and tranquility. The interiors, adorned with exposed brick walls, mandalas, prayer wheels, and vibrant Tibetan flags, evoke a serene yet lively atmosphere. A striking portrayal of the Boudha Stupa framed by intricately designed windows, coupled with cosy wooden furniture, creates an inviting space that transports guests to the heart of the Himalayas.
