With nearly three decades of experience in the luxury hospitality sector across the Middle East, Maha brings a wealth of expertise in brand positioning, commercial strategy, and revenue growth. She is set to strengthen the hotel’s presence in Singapore’s competitive luxury market.

Distinguished Career in Luxury Hospitality

Maha’s impressive journey spans key leadership roles at prestigious properties including InterContinental Hotel Phoenicia Beirut, Kempinski Summerland Hotel & Resort Beirut, Four Seasons Hotel Beirut, and Mövenpick Hotel Beirut, where she excelled as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Her entrepreneurial drive led her to launch her own French and Italian restaurant in Lebanon, before relocating to Doha, Qatar. In Doha, she joined Marriott International as Multi-Property Director of Sales and Marketing at the St. Regis Doha, followed by her most recent tenure as Director of Sales and Marketing at The St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, Oman. These experiences equipped her with extensive knowledge of luxury brand strategy, market development, and team leadership.

Driving Commercial Strategy at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore

In her new role, Maha leads the hotel’s sales and marketing team to strengthen its commercial footprint and elevate guest experiences. Her focus will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives across leisure, corporate, and MICE segments

  • Driving revenue growth through data-driven marketing and relationship management
