With over 18 years of rich experience across luxury, business, and lifestyle hospitality brands, Preeti brings a dynamic leadership style and a proven track record of driving revenue, expanding market share, and building high-performance teams.

Career Beginnings and Growth

Preeti began her hospitality journey with prestigious names like ITC Hotels and The Oberoi Group, where she developed a deep understanding of guest-centric sales strategies and market positioning. Her most recent role was as General Manager, Sales – North India for Lemon Tree & Aurika Hotels, where she led the sales strategy across 32 hotels and played a key role in the launch of their luxury brand, Aurika.

Vision for The Westin Goa

This appointment marks Preeti’s first role within Marriott International, and her focus at The Westin Goa will be on establishing the resort as the premier destination for wellness-driven luxury travel in India. Her strategic approach integrates the Westin brand’s wellness philosophy with Goa’s vibrant cultural identity, aiming to create an unforgettable and soulful guest experience.
