The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi has announced the elevation of Chef Ankit Malhotra to the position of Executive Chef. With over 15 years of distinguished culinary experience across leading luxury hotel brands, Chef Ankit will now spearhead the hotel's culinary strategy, innovation, and dining portfolio.
Chef Ankit joined The Westin Gurgaon New Delhi as Executive Sous Chef, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the hotel’s gastronomic identity. His contribution includes extensive menu development, ingredient-forward culinary design, and shaping high-performance culinary teams. His promotion is recognition of both his expertise and the strong culinary foundation he has built for the property.
Chef Ankit began his hospitality journey with The Imperial, New Delhi, and over the years has contributed to renowned luxury hotels including The Ritz-Carlton Bengaluru, Taj West End Bengaluru, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Conrad Pune, and Radisson Blu Hotel London Bloomsbury. His exposure to diverse culinary traditions reflects his expertise in balancing global techniques with regional authenticity.
