Absolute Hotel Services India Announces Key Leadership Appointments

Absolute Hotel Services (AHS) India has announced strategic leadership appointments as part of its continued expansion across India and South Asia. The company has named two senior hospitality professionals to drive growth and strengthen key operational functions. 

Priya Mokal has been appointed Deputy Vice President – Marketing Communications. In this role, she will lead brand positioning, digital-first marketing initiatives, guest engagement strategies, and communications across AHS India’s multi-brand portfolio, which includes U Hotels & Resorts, Eastin brands, and Absolute Collection. Mokal brings strong expertise in hospitality marketing, digital strategy, and public relations from her previous tenure with AHS and her leadership roles across the travel and leisure sectors.

Shailesh Dani joins AHS India as Senior Director of Finance – India, bringing over 25 years of experience in hospitality finance leadership spanning multi-property operations and pre-opening projects. His deep background in financial governance, compliance frameworks, profitability initiatives, and pre-opening planning strengthens the company’s financial strategy as it scales its presence in India and Southeast Asia. 

These appointments reflect Absolute Hotel Services India’s commitment to building a strong, people‑led leadership team that supports the company’s strategic growth ambitions. Both leaders are expected to play central roles in reinforcing AHS India’s marketing and financial foundations while contributing to enhanced operational performance in a competitive hospitality landscape.
