Absolute Hotel Services India (AHS India), a subsidiary of the global Absolute Hotel Services Group, has signed a Hotel Management Consultancy Services Agreement with Moksh Organic and Wellness Retreat LLP for the The White Resort & Spa, Pawna in Lonavala, Maharashtra. The partnership comes ahead of the resort’s anticipated reopening in February 2026 after operational transition and handover. 

Resort Set to Reopen in 2026

Set amid the scenic valleys near Pawna Lake with views of the Sahyadri hills, the resort comprises 75 guest rooms designed for rest, comfort and leisure. It also features an all‑day dining restaurant, wellness facilities including a full‑service spa and fitness centre, and flexible function spaces for events, corporate off‑sites and destination weddings.

Role of the Consultancy Agreement

Under the consultancy agreement, AHS India will support the property through its pre‑opening and transition phase, including operational audits, systems and process enhancements, sales and marketing reviews, financial oversight, compliance support, and asset management advisory. The engagement includes regular site visits and ongoing virtual consultations from the specialist AHS India team. 

Strategic Focus on Wellness‑Led Hospitality
