Anantara Dubai Resorts Introduce New Cluster Marketing Team to Strengthen Global Presence
Dubai, October 6, 2025 –
Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort and Anantara World Islands Resort have announced the formation of a new Cluster Marketing Team, a strategic initiative aimed at enhancing brand visibility and expanding market reach both regionally and internationally. This move marks a significant chapter in the growth of both properties, reaffirming their position as standout destinations within Dubai’s luxury hospitality landscape.
Strategic Leadership at the Helm
Leading the newly formed team is Konstantia Bagiourouki, appointed as Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications in April 2025. Known for her results-driven approach and deep understanding of luxury hospitality, Konstantia previously led the launch of Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort, generating nearly 700 media placements and driving a 30% increase in revenue.
With over a decade of experience across the UAE, Oman, and Maldives, Konstantia brings an international perspective to her role. A native of Greece, she holds a Master’s in Tourism Marketing from the Universidad de Cantabria and a Bachelor’s from the University of Attica.
“Konstantia’s leadership sets the foundation for an integrated marketing approach that reflects the essence of both resorts while supporting our global ambitions,” said Michael Robinson, General Manager at Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort.
A Diverse and Experienced Marketing Team
Supporting Konstantia is a team of highly experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds in hospitality, branding, content creation, and digital strategy.
Firoze Edassery – Cluster Marketing Manager
With nearly 25 years of experience in media, design, and branding, Firoze plays a pivotal role in shaping digital strategy and brand consistency. He began his career in Oman as a Graphic Designer in 2001 and later became Brand Manager at dusitD2 Kenz Hotel Dubai. In 2022, he redefined the digital presence of the historic QE2 Dubai. Since joining Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort in June 2025, Firoze has driven integrated campaigns across both properties.
Husni Tawil – Cluster Graphic Designer
Husni brings a unique combination of design expertise and hospitality operations experience, having worked with renowned brands such as Rosewood, Shangri-La, Hilton, and Hyatt across the Middle East. Prior to joining Anantara in March 2025, he served as Assistant Manager of Marketing & PR for Centara Hotels & Resorts, overseeing content strategy for five properties across Dubai and the Maldives.
Samridhya Mukherjee – F&B Marketing Specialist
A graduate of Les Roches Global Hospitality Education, Samridhya blends strategic thinking with creative flair to lead marketing initiatives across the resorts’ culinary outlets. He began his career at Grand Hyatt Dubai, supported the digital launch of Anantara Santorini Abu Dhabi, and officially joined the marketing team in February 2025. He now drives campaign development and guest engagement for all F&B concepts.
Lara Haddad – Marketing Executive
Originally from Jordan, Lara brings a background in wellness and content creation, with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. Her marketing journey spans top agencies and hospitality brands, including the Radisson Hotel Group in Amman. Joining Anantara in June 2025, she supports campaign execution, content strategy, and influencer collaborations.
Leadership Perspectives on the New Direction
“We’re proud to have a dynamic team that not only understands our brand, but truly embodies it,” said Michael Robinson, General Manager, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort. “Their collective experience and shared vision will be instrumental as we elevate our global profile and continue to deliver exceptional guest experiences.”
Sonia Sammut, Resort Manager at Anantara World Islands Resort, added:

Positioning for Global Growth
The appointment of this Cluster Marketing Team is a strategic response to increasing demand for elevated guest experiences and brand differentiation in Dubai’s competitive luxury hotel market. With a focus on brand storytelling, digital innovation, and market expansion, the team will play a key role in enhancing the global positioning of both Anantara resorts.
