Chalet Hotels Sees Growth Momentum After Q3 Results

Chalet Hotels Ltd. has signalled optimism over its future growth prospects following a strong performance in the third quarter ending December 2025. Management said that the encouraging quarterly results have helped reaffirm confidence in the company’s operational strength and strategic direction.

Strong Quarterly Performance

The company posted a solid third‑quarter showing, with net profit rising significantly and revenue increasing year‑on‑year, as its properties benefited from sustained travel demand amid improving occupancy and pricing trends.

Operational Metrics and Expansion

Healthy growth in key operating metrics such as revenue, earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA), and RevPAR (revenue per available room) supported the upbeat outlook, with Chalet executives noting that several travel segments including leisure, MICE and weddings contributed to the quarter’s traction.

Leadership Confidence

Shwetank Singh, Managing Director and CEO of Chalet Hotels, emphasised that the improved performance has alleviated earlier concerns around sectoral slowdown and positions the company well to capitalise on continuing demand, upcoming room additions and diversification across both hospitality and commercial real estate assets.

Conclusion

With strong Q3 results as a catalyst, Chalet Hotels remains hopeful about delivering robust growth in coming quarters, backed by positive market demand and strategic expansions across its portfolio.
