Prior to accepting this exciting new role in Mahabaleshwar, Chef Kranti was a key figure at Conrad Pune, serving as the Chef de Cuisine. There, he was instrumental in managing the daily operations of the highly acclaimed all-day dining restaurant, Coriander Kitchen. His career journey is a testament to his expertise and adaptability, having contributed significantly to other leading brands including Hyatt Ahmedabad, Marriott Surat, Sheraton Hyderabad, Novotel Visakhapatnam, Marriott Agra, and Radisson Blu Karjat.

He is an alumnus of the Durgapur Society of Management Science, where he graduated at the top of his class with a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT). He further refined his skills during his industrial training at the iconic The Leela Kempinski, Kovalam Beach, an experience that provided him with early exposure to world-class hospitality standards.
