With over 15 years of experience across iconic luxury brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and Westin, Dia Rajdev brings unmatched expertise in event planning, sales strategy, and guest satisfaction. Prior to this role, she served as Director of Catering at The Westin Mumbai Garden City, where she was instrumental in driving revenue growth and enhancing the guest event experience through innovation and precision.

She has led key functions such as event sales, MICE planning, departmental pre-openings, budgeting, and compliance, while mentoring teams across locations.
